October 16, 2013While PC is still the main device for digital video viewing in China, the mobile use for the video viewing seems to be growing constantly. According to iResearch Consulting Group, the people viewing video using mobile has increased from 4.5% in September 2012 to 8.8% in May 2013, nearly doubling the viewing share.
On the other hand, the time Chinese people spent to view digital video hasn’t changed much. The average time spent viewing online video was 5.4 hours in October 2012, and 5.3 hours in March 2013.
